Service Transitions is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization where we work with Servicemen and women, and their families, to find new careers. So that they have access to create a life of meaningful service and community beyond the Military. But what does that really mean?
We know that eight in 10 service members leave the military without a job, even though many expect to quickly find meaningful employment. But why? Why Service Transitions? Not only do most of our coaches have military experience, or many have 20+ years in the Service, but they know what it means to be in services...it is not just “book knowledge” to any of our team. Also, we have a high degree of a Human Resources background (even our CEO has a Masters in HR, besides his coaching certifications) in many different principles, to know the HOW and WHY behind each job posting...better line? We coach the individual to say “yes” to the job of their dreams!
Service Transitions exists to serve you. Our mission is to assist you to discover new skills and passions that will lead to a new career. So that you have access to create a life of meaningful service and community beyond the Military.
