Creating a Resume that Gets Results!

The resume doesn’t necessarily get you the job, but it sure helps!  The more you can show that you are able to solve your next employer’s issues, the quicker you’ll be hired for the job! 

In this series, you will learn the ins and outs of your resume and how to tailor it toward your unique career goals. We will introduce you to tools and resources to help convert your military experiences into terminology civilian hiring managers will understand. You’ll also get insight into the job application and hiring process from the hiring manager and Human Resources office's perspective. You need to communicate, through your resume, that you are the person for the job. Learning the importance of customizing your resume for each position you’re applying to will be key in getting quickly hired for the job!
