Rediscovering Your Mission in Life

Time Period: Two 1-hour group sessions; monthly

“Discovering” who we are is something we rightly take for granted. But taking the time to map out the next steps of our careers, based on our gifts, talents, and abilities, can be life-changing!

Our tools include the DISC Personality and Career Management assessments, along with resources from O*NET OnLine. Our assessments have been validated over time and provide spot-on results in converting your MOS/ASFC/NEC job especially code to the civilian sector. We have someone that is an expert in DISC and O-Net to see where your skills lay (the DISC assessment) and to see what types of jobs you may be qualified for, skill-wise (from ONet)… and the intersection for those two will be the application, or the “what”, of this workshop!

Why is this important? Resourcing the right career path for YOU, using proven tools to guide you into figuring out where the sweet spot is for what you, leads into the fact of being strategic in your job search, in knowing that networking our 80% of jobs are. (You can’t network if you don’t know what you want to do.)
